| Registration | Water Conditions | | 2005 Clinics | 2006 Clinics | 2007 Jim McDonnell Lake Swim ClinicSaturday, May 26, 2007Photos (This link will take you to photobucket.com) There will be one clinic at Lake Audubon which starts at 9 AM. The clinic will be followed by a one mile swim in the lake. The clinic will cover the basics of open-water swimming and provide a chance to swim in Lake Audubon prior to the official swim on May 27, 2007. Swimmers will become familiarized with the swim course. Clinic instructors will provide tips on effective and safe swimming during the one- and two-mile swims. The instructors are experienced swimmers and certified safety instructors. Participants and Fees

Parking spaces will not be abundant. The easiest solution is to keep driving down Twin Branches until you find a spot.
Registration forms due by May 9th. (Online entry is closed for the clinic. Mailed entries must be postmarked by May 9th! No day of clinic entries allowed. All participants must be registered with the USMS. If you aren't you must purchase a one-event registration for $20.)
Expected water temperature is 66-72 degrees. Wetsuits are permitted and can be rented from one of generous Lake Swim Sponsors:
