The Reston Masters' second lake swim clinic was even more successful than our first one -- we had more swimmers than last year! Thank you to all who participated.

Swimmers ranged from those who needed open water experience in a no pressure, non-timed environment, to those who timed their own swims and really pushed for great results.

And again, we had several athletes who thought 1 mile was just not enough, so they went back for seconds!

The swim clinic is a perfect supplement to our Jim McDonnell 1- and 2- Mile Lake Swims!

We will continue to host this event every year. Tell all your friends about us!
