Welcome to the Jim McDonnell Lake Swims and Open Water Clinic. JMLS is a two-day event held each year over Memorial Day weekend in beautiful Lake Audubon in Reston, VA.

Now in our 25th year, we are continuing to enhance our offerings to make it an exciting experience for our swimmers. The event includes a 5K race followed by an open water clinic and 1-mile practice swim on Saturday and 1- and 2-mile competitive races on Sunday.

Hope to see everyone on May 26-27.

Online Entries for the Jim McDonnell Lake Swims will open at one second after midnight on January 1, 2012. Entry informtion is available on the online entries site. The Jim McDonnell Lake Swims are an all online entry event. Please contact the Event Registrar if you have any problems with entry.
